I need an electronics designer to create a circuit board for me.
The project entails designing a compact round circuit board to get power from a small solar panel for the sole purpose of recharging a rechargeable battery, such as the LIR2032, ML2032, or ECR2032. The selected candidate should provide comprehensive documentation detailing the circuit's design, functionality, and rationale behind design choices.
Key Requirements:
1. Solar Power Integration: The circuit board should utilize solar energy from a small-sized solar panel.
2. Battery Compatibility: The designed circuit board must be compatible with rechargeable batteries such as LIR2032, ML2032, or ECR2032
3. Documentation: Thorough documentation covering the circuit's schematic, layout, and operational principles is essential. Explanations for design decisions and component selection are necessary to ensure clarity and understanding
4. Battery Protection: Incorporate battery protection features to safeguard the rechargeable battery against overcharging, over-discharging, and other potential risks. Designer must come up with the needed protections.
5. Parts list: Required full parts list and the schematic (please recommend format, preferably I can open it using open source software).
6. This project does not involve any electrical consumer, it is only a solar powered battery recharger that recharges rechargeable Li-ion pill batteries. I will use the schematic to print a PCB and then create a couple of boards for a bunch of batteries I use.
7. Where to print the PCBs: Please recommend providers in Europe that can print very low quantities of this PCB.
8. Any other considerations / suggestions would be very much appreciated. I am not proficient in electronics, so any improvement that you would like to add is greatly appreciated and can be discussed / negotiated.
