Word Editor - repost 2

Hi,

There are currently couple WYSIWYG editor for Joomla. We would like to have one (starting from the premise of a free one like Tiny, CK, etc) and add multiple function:

-Open .doc and .docx files (starting from a new empty file or opening one) and edit it

-Have a ruler on both top and side (control the page properties)

-Have a header/footer function

-Control paragraph height

-Control Tab and paragraph with ruler

-Auto saving (AJAX) with version

-Ability to load template (with letterhead) to fill it up

-Will need to be done so it is possible to load the module/component/plugin anywhere (to work with other module)

-File manager to load file store on server or ability to upload on server and start directly

Need to work with Joomla 2.5
