Fill in a Spreadsheet with Data

Hi,
I have attached an excel spreadsheet that I need re-cut into a new format. The existing data is laid out on Tab 1, where there is one column to populate called 'State of operation'. Populating this column involves using a website ([url removed, login to view]) or Google to look up which state of Australia (NSW, VIC, WA, SA, QLD, TAS, or NT) each of companies is based in, and entering that data in the column. I have done a few examples. There are 2,100 companies to look up.
Tab 2 has the new format that I want the data put in, which is to separate the companies out by state. Make sure to scroll all the way across to the right on Tab 2 to populate all columns.
