As the selected Administrative Assistant, you will have the opportunity to act as the primary aid to our client, take on a myriad of tasks essential to the daily function of the office. If you are proficient with Microsoft Office, well organized, and a great communicator, then this is an opportunity for you!
As the Administrative Assistant, your duties will include but are not limited to:
* Setting up and attending meetings
* Keeping minutes/notes
* Data entry
* Creating spread sheets, documents and presentations
Your Strengths
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, and be proficient with Microsoft Office. You will be highly organized and ready to contribute to the team.
Your Background
You will have at least 1 -2 years of Administrative Assistance experience
Some post secondary (but not required)
Experience with Maximo or ERP (but not required)
