Entry of Transactions onto new Accounting System from existing Excel Spreadsheets

We have a new accounting system (Sage 50 Accounts) that we need to update with all the information and transactions completed so for this financial year, as well as the opening balances from 2014.
Our financial year runs on the calendar year so there will be 4 months of invoices to post to the ledgers, along with any corresponding bank transactions, purchases and other transactions for this period. All this data is currently being processed on our Excel based Sales & Lodgements spreadsheet, so the data is mainly already available but just needs re-entered onto the new system to bring the new system to a stage that we can transfer onto it from our excel based system.
To give an idea of the scope of the project we have about 300 opening balances to be entered and raise around 150-200 invoices each month (and obviously then have to enter the bank transactions against those invoices). We have about 600 purchase transactions thus far for 2015, and the corresponding bank transactions again.
We will be preparing the system for entry of the data and will train you with what little knowledge of the system is required for this process. However, any prior experience of working with Sage 50 Accounts would be beneficial.
We would require the work to be carried out at our Londonderry offices, where you will be able to use one of our computers with access to the server and any documents required to carry out this work.
