Repair FoxPro 5.0 Tables

We have a FoxPro 5.0 installation where we have at least three tables that gave "Error 15: Not a Table" errors following an unexpected power loss. i.e., the tables were open when the power failed.
Our attempts to repair the tables were only semi-successful, we were able to restore some data and we were able to get past the "not a table" errors--but we had a new error instead: "Error 12: Variable <table-name> is Not Found". We can view data via Visual FoxPro for rows in tables up to January 10th, but nothing more recent.
We would like someone who knows much more about FoxPro to do the work--so we do not need to re-enter data manually for several months of orders. We *do* have "pre-attempt-to-fix" versions of the tables in addition to the versions where we applied our attempts to repair.
NOTICE: The data in the tables is regulated under United States Federal HIPAA regulations, and the winning Freelancer *must* be eligible and willing to sign a "HIPAA Business Partner Agreement" prior to being allowed any access to the data. Access will be provided via a TeamViewer (or other remote desktop control program) session only.
Winning Freelancer must be available to complete work within 24 hours of project award.
