I would like to develop a chatbot using dialogflow so patients of my business (a medical diagnostic center providing clinical laboratory and imaging exams) can interact with their data in their electronic health record. Retrieve and add data.

I'm looking for a Freelancer to develop a chatbot using Google Dialogflow to benefit the patients of my medical diagnostic center. The chatbot will allow patients to interact with their data in their electronic health record (EHR) and easily retrieve (exams performed, results and trends when applicable, reports (PDF), etc.) and add new data (exams, results or values, etc.) into their EHR on a daily basis. We need a developer that is experienced in building chatbots with Google Dialogflow and knowledgeable about creating a reliable and efficient system to manage patient data. Our data is stored in Oracle DB.

This is not a simple task, so I'm looking for someone who has experience in this field and the necessary skill set to achieve the highest quality of results. The successful Freelancer must also have strong attention to detail and the ability to stay on top of updates that need to be made to ensure the chatbot is running optimally on a daily basis.
