HI Guys,
I am starting up an online service business and require a form to put on my website. Once the project is awarded I will tell you what I want in the customer submission form. I then want the customer to be directed to Paypal for payment. Upon completion of payment, I would like the form to then be sent to an online database that you will also set-up. If the payment is not completed then the customer is redirected back to my website.
The online database I require is to allow me to reply to the customers form. Any future replies from the customer will also automatically add to the database. This allows for a more efficient resolution of the customers requests.
I realise I will have to set-up an online database, you can dictate what online database system I will need to subscribe to, I will then give you the log in details to set it all up.
