complete my django project with a monitoring app

I have a completed django project that I want to be migrated to another server (file and data export). I have most of files setup except that I get lots of errors. Plus, there is a php dashboard that I want to be integrated as a python app.

tasks:

1. complete migration of my existing django projects. ([login to view URL] should be delivered as well for future migration)

2. php code conversion to python as a part of django app.

3. customizing of the blog app -- if you have a template I can use, or create one for me to use. (github Wiki style)

4. Is it possible to have the blog edited with vs code on my local pc? (not required)

I can't post the admin creds here for obvious security reason, but I will provide you with a temp during the period of this project.

deadline: first milestone: 1 week for migration and blog

2nd milestone: php conversion to a python app

final milestone: issues fix (required) and sample kaggle project(not required)

I will clearly say here that your required skills outside the five freelancer default ones are linux proficiency and communication with me.
