Experienced Copy Editor for Large Fiction Piece

Hello! My name is Erin Truesdale, and I have a novel length fiction piece of about 52,000 words that I need copy edited. It is in the genre of historical fiction.
I need a native American English speaker who has experience in copy editing fiction to take on this project. I am submitting it for publication, and it needs to be checked for the following: correct spelling, punctuation, grammar, terminology, jargon (this may include fact checking jargon for historical accuracy [story set in 1925]), and semantics.
You MUST be an expert in Microsoft Word and track all your edits/changes in the "track changes" feature in Word.
It would also be helpful if you have a deep interest in history or have a degree in history. This will help you research jargon and to better understand the setting, characters, and the slang the characters use.
When applying for this job, please tell me:
1) All experience in professional editing and/or writing
2) Whether you are a native English speaker and where in the US you reside
3) Any academic credentials you have (BA in English or equivalent preferred)
4) How much you'd like per 5,000 words (yes, I will be looking for a combo of low quote and experience)
5) Why you'd like to take on this project, and how long something of this length has taken you to complete in the past
6) And, finally, let me know if you are willing to sign an agreement saying that you will not use any of my work without my permission, and that you will not discuss this work with anyone.
7) Oh, and, if you do an excellent job, I will want an ongoing relationship with you for other fiction pieces I have in the works. PLUS, if you'd like, I will include your name in my book in the "thanks" section and listed as an editor. Pretty neat, right?

Amendment: I am looking for the LOWEST price per 5,000 words. I'm an editor by trade, so I just need a second set of unbiased, well-trained eyes to look over it. It shouldn't be too hard. If you are going to bid $100 per 5,000, this isn't the gig for you. I'm looking to not spend over $50 for the ENTIRE project. So, when you are bidding on this project, go ahead and tell me what you want TOTAL for the entire project. That way, I can see if you are within my price range AND if you read the entire description. If you don't answer the above questions and don't tell me what price YOU propose total (please don't say "Whatever you want within reason" because all freelancers are different, and pretty much any price is "within reason" for someone out there).
