Design of PCB for load cell measurements as a breakout board for external ESP32 TTGO Lora V2.0 ([login to view URL]). The load cells will be measured using TI ADS1232 ([login to view URL]).
PCB must include:
- SX1509 i2c digital port expander
- ADS1115 i2c analog port expander
- DS3231 RTC clock + coin battery
- Voltage Regulator Input 12V to 15V to 5V and 3.3V
I'm attaching sketch schematic with my first idea based on similar projects and extra requirements. I'm not electrical engineer, so I'm looking for improvements idea and suggestion from the awarded freelancer.
PCB should be designed in 4 layers separating load cell analog circuits and power supply circuits from others routes required.
Once the designs is completed files will be sent to PCB manufacturers in China for design approval.
The awarded freelancer must deliver the following files:
- PDF schematic and board
- original eagle or altium files
- 3d model (step or parasolid files) from electronic design software (not accepted sketchup mockup)
- Gerber files including component placement (must comply with typical manufacturer requirements)
- Full BOM list. (must comply with typical manufacturer requirements, pcbway sample attached)
Payment milestones:
- 40% once schematics is approved
- 60% once routed board is approved
- 75% once Gerber, BOM and 3D are approved
- 100% once manufacturer approve design and start manufacturing
