- being able to understand technical items (technical problems of gym equipment, types of replacement parts);

- very precise, well organized for reporting and customer follow up;

- able to communicate efficiently with email, use of computer;

Target customers will be gyms in Italy.

We start with a fixed with elance, then we will add commissions.
