I have substantially completed a spreadsheet but require some finishing touches. I have attached a brief. I estimate the time to complete the project will be 1 hour and 20 mins plus the time taken to perform the last two parts of the attached brief (regarding Sheet Naming and Sheet Visiblity). I have not been able to estimate the time with these last two items, but as a bidder, you should be able to get a fair idea of what is involved based on the brief.
