Look up 200 addresses on [login to view URL] and input the data into a CRM

Look up 200 home addresses on a tax website from a list provided in excel format. The website is www.wcad.org. if its before 2012 or earlier then record the name and address in CRM Zoho. If the home war purchased 2013-2017 skip the record and mark it in yellow highlighter on the excel file.
You will need to check 3 things on every record
1. Check the date of purchase of the home at the bottom of the page
- Does the name of the home and the property address match?
2. If YES then add it in as a DRIVING FOR DOLLARS as the Lead source, record the First Name, Last Name, and Address. Always leave the lead status as NOT CONTACTED.
- For every input copy and paste the link of the address from the website into the field marked website.
- If NO the property address and the owners address DO NOT MATCH then classify the lead source as RENTAL and input the owners address in the Field and under the DESCRIPTION area input the entire property address like this

Save and add another until all 200 are done
