Position.
Seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Data Entry Specialist to assist in transferring payment and receipt journal entries from handwritten records to Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate will have a decent understanding of accounting principles, good data entry skills, and the ability to ensure accuracy in recording financial transactions.
Responsibilities:
• Transfer payment and receipt journal entries from handwritten journal books to Microsoft Excel with precision and accuracy for a period of only one financial year.
• Organize and categorize financial data according to established formats and categories.
• Perform data entry tasks efficiently while maintaining data integrity and ensuring error-free records.
• Communicate any discrepancies or inconsistencies discovered during the data entry process.
