For my current book project, I'm looking for a reliable and convenient tool that will support me in managing the wealth of quotes I have gathered from interviews with single mums.
Required features include:
- Search function by name, themes, and subjects. This will allow me to easily pull up the relevant quotes for my writing.
- Flexibility to be either web-based or a desktop application, accommodating for different working environments.
- Alternative methods for quote input. It is essential that the system can permit the addition of quotes manually as well as an import mechanism for specific file formats.
The tech expert for this project will be able to explain things to a technologically retarded human and also be able to work within a budget.
This tool should not only serve to store the quotes but should also assist me in the complicated task of organizing my book material.
