I am seeking a competent data entry specialist with excellent attention to detail and proficiency in Tally. The assignment entails adding around 300 entries from an excel file to tally data (i.e. update company Tally Books ). Each entry in excel has comments that specifies the heading & vendor name for the data entry. Once the data is entered the same will be verified by us for correctness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organizing extensive financial data within Tally with accuracy and precision
- Ensuring the data is properly categorized and easy to understand
- Verifying the accuracy of the financial data, correcting any errors, and handling any discrepancies.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate should be precise, meticulous, incredibly organized, and possess the following competencies:
- Advanced knowledge of Tally accounting software
- Exemplary data organization skills
- Adeptness in handling financial data
- Excellent attention to detail
Your familiarity with accounting principles will be greatly valued but is not a mandatory requirement. The focus is on the organization of sizable amounts of financial data, therefore requiring expertise in the Tally Software system.
