Filemaker Pro WebViewer & Google Streetview (Using Address, Embed Link and Place ID)

Currently I have Google Streetview Panorama embedded in a Filemaker Pro Property Database using the Filemaker Pro WebViewer feature, referencing the X-Y Coordinates in the Property Database.
However, the X Y Coordinates are not as exact as searching by the Street Address within Google Streetview. Therefore, I would like Google Streetview Panorama to reference the building address, in the Property Database instead of the X Y Coordinates.
Once completed I will need Filemaker Pro WebViewer Scripted so that the Google Streetview Panorama will do its search in the following order of priority.
1. When Provided – Streetview Image Embed Link
2. When Provided – Streetview Place ID
3. Building Address (Per Above)
4. X Y coordinates (Using “Let” statement already provided in Google Streetview Map Field)
The Filemaker Pro Building File with example data will be provided to Freelancer awarded the Project.
Freelancer will need to use their own Google API Key – which can be obtained from Google and used for free.
