Customization of Open flash chart: action scripting

We have two independent flash pie charts which are representing different data. We want to represent data of these two pie charts in single pie chart. To achieve this functionality we will need to customize open flash charts. The pie charts must start at the same point and the label of the detail pie chart must stay the same as in the existing first chart. This should work out of the box with open flash charts.

On mouse over a central pie chart slice or an outside pie chart slice, a tool tip appears (this is an open flash chart existing functionality). The tool tip may contains links so its position must be fixed (this will need some customization of open flash chart).
