In Need Of Flash website using site in description as template

I need a site very similar to [url removed, login to view], but with the color being burgandy and gold. We are redesigning [url removed, login to view], but in need of someone to almost duplicate the intro, welcome and all the remaining pages will be like the senior pastor area. I'll provide the pictures, but this site would need to be setup to turn over to me and I can add additional pages including the navigational buttons as well as update the pages. The name of the church/title is These Are They Community Church. Please let me know if you can come close to [url removed, login to view] with the intro, welcome and senior pastor page so that I can update, add and complete the site. I just need a good start and the instructions to complete it. You can use the pictures on [url removed, login to view], but not of the female, becaue the picture on the new design is of a man and his picture is on www.thesearethey.org. I will be providing pictures to replace.
