73655 Flash Header for a website

I need a flash header for a website. The flash header needs to something like dinix(dot)com >A Simple Logo >Navigation Menu >Movie >Motion Graphic when the movie is not playing I would provide all the "text" for the movie and navigation menu. So you basically create a flash header thats all two size one small and one big look at dinix. Creative idea would be rewarded. I don't want the exact copy of dinix but something like that. I would provide the url for the website where you can take text and graphic for the movie. I can't pay a lot for this project if you are newbie to scriptlance this would be good way to get some good review. Rules of Bidding 1.
