Flash intro with Logo

I need someone that can create the logo and a 4 seconds flash intro for my website Kayenas.net. I would like the color of the letters of this logo in red wine and some ivy plants around it, also I would like to include a lady bug in this logo and intro (please check the pictures in my website to get the idea). Also I would like to include some birds sound in the background of the intro. The intro will be… the name [login to view URL], then the ivy plant growing around the name and the back of the name, and the lady bug flying around, then at the end the final picture will be the logo of the site. The final picture will become smaller and smaller until become the logo of the site. The bird will be make sound for about 10 second and then the noise will be fading out. The logo of the site will be in the left side of this xcart page (where says xcart gold now)…

You will have to install the intro in my site and the logo in the xcart, because I don’t know how to do it.
