Hello,
I would like bidders to provide a portfolio of the FLASH work that they have completed recently. I will be reviewing the portfolio's, and selecting the best candidate to complete a medium sized project.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING RULES
1. The portfolio's you provide must be CUSTOM work not from templates.
2. They must have been completed by YOU or your TEAM, and those same people must be available to complete this project. Please tell us if you are an individual or a team when submitting your portfolio.
3. Along with your portfolio's, please indicate what your desired hourly rate is. If you are a team manager and will be paying the actually flash developers only a portion of the rate you will be receiving, please tell us how much you will be paying your staff. We want to ensure everyone is treated fairly.
One we review the portfolio's, you will be contacted. The project is to develop a flash based navigation menu, and we would like to begin development on the project within 2 weeks.
