We are looking to have 3 banners made, 2 are identical in design. (one English, one French).

Banners will be used for print purposes, and must match specifications above, absolutely no exceptions! They will be displayed at trade shows, events, and much more! We are NOT sure what we are looking for in terms of design, so winning bidder is expected to research proper layouts and provided 3 working concepts of the design.
Logo will be provided in vector art format, and promotional text will also be provided, of the 3 concepts, one must include images of the local community, which can be provided unedited and cropped, in JPG and RAW formats if needed. Winning bidder will be responsible for photo editing and cropping, etc...
Maximum time frame is 1 week, less is preferred. Maximum of 50% milestone to begin work, remainder paid upon completion of work.
