At our recent shareholder meeting we came to a consensus that we need to seek and hire a new brilliant graphic designer to take our premier brand to the next level. We have enjoyed a great working relationship with our current designer, however time has came to move forward and evolve our brand. We have the capital to finance our rapid expansion plans throughout Australia, and globally starting with a move into the rapidly growing asian markets.

As you can see from our attachments, our graphic design work completed is of high standard. Therefore only the most brilliant and leading Australian and international designers need to apply as the standard required to win this particular project will be high. We are winning to pay great rates for great work. Our brand is vital to ensure our core business strategies of interstate and overseas expansion are met. A passion for the sport of tennis, is an advantage however not essential. Our selection will be based on the designers mock design's and previous work portfolio.

The strength of academy is demonstrated through Professional Tennis Player and Australian number 2 Matt Ebden choosing our academy as his only promotional visit in Australia this year. The day went really well, and Matt and his management time plan on providing consistent support by coming to our academy at every opportunity. This incredible achievement required a huge amount of work from our directors, and as his management team noted, sets our academy apart as one of the strongest in the country.

Our first specific project details are as follows:

Design a brochure that sells, promotes, and does justice to our incredible achievement of being selected by Matt Ebden and his team as his only promotional visit this Australian summer. This brochure will then be distributed in mass numbers to our target areas.

The winning designer will then be presented with a consistent inflow of interesting work as our head designer for all of Fireball Tennis's promotional tasks.

A key determinant of our success is operating on tight and efficient timelines. The ability to act fast will be highly favoured.

Please note: selection will be based exclusively on mock design's and past work examples. Our CEO will select the five most aesthetic designs, and then in which we will organise an urgent meeting with company shareholders to decide the winning entrant. This process will be very swift and efficient as we aim to have the completed version to our printers early next week.

IMPORTANT ANNOUCEMENT: Just clarifying some common bid questions:
What size for the brochure: Preferably a5, however open to alternative suggestions.

What was the charge of previous flyers charges: $70.00 and $85.00 for editable version. As i mentioned our firm has the financial capacity and willingness to go well over this amount, however the standard of work must justify this increase, and importantly our decision to replace designers in the first place. as we mentioned we still enjoy a positive relationship with our designer however we feel we need to upgrade and move on to increase our brand. To see their work, i have attached the latest brochure made for our firm.

Double/single sided: At this stage we plan on using the attachment labelled BACK FLYER as the back flyer, and this project as the front flyer. however again open to alternative suggestions.

What is the main theme/aim of this flyer: We are openminded, aslong as it achieves our central aim of doing justice our company's incrediable achievement of securing the services of Professional Tennis Star Matt Ebden to chose our academy as his only Australian promotional visit this summer. We want new members to see this and feel compelled to join our academy.

Payment Terms: We are in the positive financial position to pay our selected bidder straight away. Our major reason for our success is that we reward excellent work: we are willing to play bonus's if the work warrant this.
