this is a very easy project. I am looking for ideas for a graphic novel Im creating. this will be a "gothic" style comic, in the tradition of jhonen vasquez, roman dirge, tim burton. looking for something zany and humorous but dark and mildly disturbing. some examples are "squee", "invader zim", "nightmare before christmas", "lenore", etc. I want about 5 different stories (with plot, characters, conflict, situations, ending, etc). these dont have to be extremely long. maybe a 1 page summary each. bidders can pm me one of your 5 stories and I will choose the best bidder to provide me with the other 4 stories. one idea I had was using a character like "squee" at an amusement park where he gets on this ride that leads into a hole that drops him into a basement where a bunch of other kids are being kept for some reason and they are trying to escape. I'd like to see what can be done with a story similar to that. something strange and kind of humorous. think cartoony, but darker tone. do some research on jhonen vasquez and roman dirge. I will pick the bidder who comes up with the most creative story to start with and that bidder will be do 4 more different stories.
