The test files should test every single transition between slides, animations on slides, and all other features. It should test fonts, weird fonts (that don't normally appear on web sites), colors, images of various types such as PNG and JPG, movies of various types such as MP4 and MOV, hyperlinks... We also need to test timing (so, a slide should transition in, or an object should animate, in a proper amount of time. Easiest is to say on the screen something like "next slide transitions in over 5 seconds"). Complex builds. Animations along a curve. Full screen images. Buttons. Etc. You get the idea, Everything.
Then, we will convert the file to an iPad app, and the person will need to run the iPad version and report back anything that doesn't match exactly. You will need an iPad as well.

I have worked extensively with keynote in the past ( i can send you an example if you need it) on several projects. I also own and iPad air, as well as older generations if you need it tested on those.
