Museum/Cataloging Historical Society website build

We are looking to hire a Web Developer & Designer to complete a website built for a historical society, who will be using it to catalogue collectable items, as well as displays news & events, have a member honor roll and some other basic features.
The website is already semi complete, with the wordpress installation in place, theme installed, woocommerce installed and some other things done.
The main elements of the project include:
- Woocommerce as an item cataloging system, fairly extensive with many categories & items to be entered
- Multipage website inlcuding home page with slider, honor roll page, news page & Catalog page
- Links through to an IP Board forum (already completed)
- Some graphic design, complete layout of website & some image editing (photoshop, presently the website is very plain). Major design elements will be supplied.
The successful developer/designer must posses sound knowledge of the following:
- Wordpress & Wordpress themeing (Currently using U-Design theme)
- Neat & Structured approach to website design, with documentation being sometimes necessary
- Woocommerce & customizing woocommerce, including plugins to modify woocommerce into a cataloging system
- WP All Import (used to import item categories into the catalog)
- Other wordpress plugins & modifications
- CSS & PHP
- Basic photoshop web editing skills
- Good English communication skills
Access to the WP Admin, FTP, Files required, All content, plug ins and anything else required will all be supplied as the build progresses.
Detailed design/developing directions will also be given until the website is complete.
There is potential for a lot of on-going work for the right freelancer, we have plenty of web design work coming in.
