The project entails transferring architectural concept drawings to a digital format such as AutoCAD or similar graphics program, in order to present them to prospective clients. The initial concept drawings are "napkin sketches" although high quality are not of the format necessary to present professionally. I will allow a great deal of latitude with the end result as far as format as long as it looks professional. The building is a high end hotel design and the rendering will need to illustrate the dynamic aspects of the building. One concept drawing will need to be rendered as an example before payment is to be made, upon acceptance of the work additional projects will follow up to and including VR walkthrough and full site rendering of over 20 concept drawings.
