build me a simple cryptocurrency exchange management webiste

I want a simple website looklike [login to view URL] to exchanging cryptocurrency to rials (vise verse)

my website should include some usecases:

1- sign up and sign in

2- profile authorization ( after sign up and sign in, user must upload their identity card, cellphone number for sms verification and work phone)

3- a list of cryptocurrency buy

4- a list of cryptocurrency sell

5- exchange boxes which in one side we show some important coins(such as bitcoin , ether, doge, ripple ,...) and in other side the value in Iranian rials. the data can be updated by web services or APIs

in the text box user enter the value and in other side the equivalent value in rial will show ( or vise verse). if we have sufficient coin , he or she can buy coins.

6- a simple section to add a new post to visitors.

7- the labels must be in persian( like the uploaded file)

* user interface is very important for us and our visitors.

8- in admin panel we do some jobs : add some value of coin in stock , accept user identity to continue sell or buy process, and change the price , and send a post
