i need to build a website exactly like [login to view URL] with all features that plus adding Arabic language ( i can manage all the arabic text translation )

also with mobile app for both Customers and for the shoper

Dear All Bids , i want to clarrify that the needed system will be
1- website (user/clients access , admin access , accounts for shops to add and manage their staff, shopers accsess )
2- Android Mobile app for Both clients and shopers ( Java to be used to develope the Application)
3- IOS Mobile App for Both clients and shopers ( Apple swift to be used to develope the Application)

the freelance should use
- Bootstrap for design
- j Query for UX
- Spring MVC
- Spring services
- Spring Data
- Spring Security
- Hibernate & my SQL

Imprtant Notes
- Project plan should be given before project start.
- Source Code for all the system should be documented and delivered.
- All related designs source should be delivered.
- at least one month testing required from our side to grantee that the project is completed successfully .
