Change colour of mobile phone in image to pantone 1795C (red). Also, remove white background.

Here is what I require to be done with the image (attached):
1. Colour match: the colour of the phone in the image is slightly lighter than the colour of the actual phone. I need the colour of the phone in the image to be matched as close as possible to real colour of the phone, which is pantone 1795C red.
I HAVE THE ATTACHED IMAGE IN CDR FILE FORMAT.
After the Colour Match is done, I need two versions of the image:
One version will have the current background;
second version will have a transparent background thus the background needs to be removed.
Please provide me design files at the end that will allow another graphic designer to use for marketing purposes. Design files include ai; pdf; png; and corel draw if possible.
