I am an experienced developer with extensive web development, but virtually no webpage development for Mobile. I currently have a desktop webpage for a game, but also want to have a mobile help for the game that users can use from their phones. I need this help webpage compatible on all phones, and tablets working in both horizontal and vertical views of device.
