I need a logo designed. Im looking for a design with a distressed look with the word LEVELS (the v in levels are shears instead of the v). I would like the word surrounded in a distress look with at least 3 layers so I can separate and add color. I would like to receive this in a vector file. I only want people who can do this at the rate you offer. Please do not bid on the job and once I message you, you change the rate or try to get me to pay more. Thanks for your time.
