Design Project for eBook format

I am creating an eBook and need specific designs created for me to add to the book. I am choosing the freelancer based upon price of course, but also based upon the likelihood of longtime work. I want to create a unique feel for this book, so this design work will lead to future needs, such as website design work, etc. as I market the book. I want someone I can trust the whole way through those things as well, so that I have a unified image.
Please see the design specs and what I need below:
1. Design theme: I would like to emulate Disney or Nintendo in style, but add a darker or more adult aspect.
2. What I need done for the book (in order of book appearance)
- Book cover
- Intro animation (w/ company logo)
- Company logo (I had one done 5 years ago, but want to take that one and touch it up, so that it matches w/ the book theme)
- Intro design for book title
- Chapter glyphs or images (these are just static images like a chapter number except they are characters)

* I need a larger or normal-size version and a smaller version of the chapter glyphs
* The smaller versions of the glyphs will have numbers after them, ie, ∩2. And I want the numbers to be subscripted.
* There is one more image I need done, but it mysteriously messes up the posting when I add it. So please plan for 13 not 12 glyph images for this project (small and large versions), 1 intro animation, 1 book title image, 1 company logo retouch, and 1 book cover
