The APP is an EMERGENCY CONTACT APP involving Child Safety, Security and Parent Interaction. Need WIRE FRAMES, with a fantastic MOCK UP that visually describes the concept easily, MUST be user friendly, easy and simple to visualise it in the use of an APP.

FLOW Charts to show operation and use with clear defined APP flow is needed.
