We need to get a system build as described in the pdf file, it is important that the system is made VERY flexible, so that we can always add new functions, without needing to re-code half the system.
It is very important that a through online documentation is made on the system, so that if we later let our own people make changes, then they can easily continue the work on the system, without needing to spend 3 months getting to know the code. The project will NOT be approved before the documentation is also delivered.
Deadline for the system is 2-3 weeks.
