Need Animator

We are creating a small wrist-worn device with a screen the size of about 3/4 inch wide and 1 inch of tall. The orientation for the graphics will be such that the user will see the screen in the wrist much like a FitBit with the shorter dimension being the "bottom" of the images. We want to have several storylines with animated screens for each story being about 30-35 frames. Each frame will last about 10 seconds before advancing to the next. Each frame will have movement animation of the character. This is in 2D and with retro pixel graphics. We can use grey scale colors. We want to use limited pixels to save battery power. One example story is an egg that hatches releasing a baby dragon. The dragon goes through development with growth of wings, learning to fly, learns tricks, blows fire, etc.
