I have a website template that needs to me modified a little bit because it is very similar to my competitor (same wp template)

So I need the above listed graphics made and put into the website. I can supply the theme as well as the psd files that were purchased with this theme.. And our course you will wp-admin access to this wordpress site.
I need this up and running in a 5-7 days.. So the question is can you do it and how much will it cost me.
