Website Detail:
A logging system for residents in our family medicine program to log patient encounters. Try to make as simple and easy to use as possible but with complex data management.
Needs a resident log in and a program log in which can view all residents within their program.
Needs to generate a report after patients have been logged.
Overall simple idea but requires advance skills to make it easy to use.
