Pixel art designer for game needed

Looking for a game art graphic designer. We need levels designed for our game in development. There would be a lot of ongoing work if accepted, and bonuses if it works out. We want a top-down view like Zelda SNES: A Link To The Past, but more mature (think Diablo 2, not Diablo 3).
Mature themes we like:

To begin with, for this first project, we'll give you a piece of concept art and you'll draw it. It'll be one screen: 1333px by 750px.

You can choose your own concept art, but what we want to see:
- Pixel style
- At least one character (should be roughly 40x80 pixels - excluding weapons)
- A few house styles, some on the pillars, lots of fern
- A few animals - rats/chickens or something
- Things in background you can't go to, but look interesting
- Must be PSD.
- Use as many layers as you want however you want, doesn't need to be a tilemap.
Your choice whether you go low pixel like Hyper Light Drifter or higher pixel - it should just make good use of contrast and *look good* that's the important part.
