I am currently in the process of getting my book re-edited and some illustrations. I will need to have my website redesigned to be more modern. The website was back in 2004.
I own the domain and can create the database if needed. I can work closely with my host provider to create any accounts that might be needed.
I also will need some help with coming up with ideas for the website. There isn't a whole lot involved, but I would like to leave it open to possibly have a forum in the future. There are some graphics on my current site already. When my book is updated, I will have two more illustrations.
Currently, I am just waiting for my illustrator, and then layout person for my book.
The book is a fantasy novel, sort of like U2 The Joshua Tree meets The Neverending Story. There are dream worlds in the book.
When my book is finished, I will submit to the same publisher to update the text of the novel. When I have the final version, I would like for the web developer to read the novel to get further ideas. If they have access to royalty-free images, that would be helpful as well, in case they are needed.
I am only a week or so away from having the book redone. I'm just waiting on the illustrator.

It can be WordPress or whatever is recommended. I don't know if I'll be doing blogging on it since whatever new things I come up with I might put into a sequel to the book. The book as far as I'm writing is finished on my part. Just needs the editing and republication.
I ran my first novel through Grammarly software and corrected 2000+ mistakes made in the first version that the editors didn't catch. Then my editor did additional work on it.
I want to keep the feel of the dreamworlds and such that won't give away many spoilers.
I will attach the book to this project when the book is done being edited. Should be only 1-2 weeks or so. Would like to brainstorm during this time. Any additional royalty-free artwork that fits would be useful as well. Also getting familiar with your style would be important to me.
I can create new users who can modify the website, and add any database that's needed. I'm still in charge of the domain.
