Re-do of two business brochures

I need a single fold (four panel) brochure and a double fold (six panel) brochure re created with some new changes.
I have attached two word documents outlining each of these brochures complete with everything that needs to put on them.
I also attached all the images that are in the current 4 panel brochure and all except 3 from the current 6 panel brochure, please find any other suitable image to replace these 3 stock images (I don't mind paying for these)
Finally, I have uploaded a photo image of the old brochures front and inside. I like the look of these brochures but the information just needs to be updated. and still needing consistency.
I need the the final files to be high resolution and print ready and also a low resolution, should I need to upload it to my website in the future.
