Update current 2 business logos and create 1 new logo.

We have three logos we need them updated to all be the same style font with readable text.
we would like to have all the different file types provided to help us use this for print, web and illustrations.
Our current logos will be provided to the successful freelancer. we have all current file options
which have been listed below to support the updates necessary.
exact requirement
a) Get the font used for the main text and recreate the entire logos with the same font and text size removing any illustration within the logo. the same would be applied for the other two logos.
b) ensure that the logos are provided in white background and transparent background
c) ensure the logos are provided in PDF format to be resized easily for best use
d) provide Vector File Format (EPS and .AI )
e) provide PDF, JPEG and PNG (transparent) file formats.
f) provide FAVICON for logo and logo's symbols.
g) articulate the PMS code for all colours used since our printing agencies always require this for more info from us.

Three Key Milestones.
Milestone 1 - First Logo = TestPoint
Colour PMS Code = 282C
The same font size and font style should be used with all lower case letters for the words in the logo above. the slogan "engage enrich empower" should remain within the logo at the bottom with an option to have it inverted in commas as it is now and one option without inverted commas.
we also require an option of the logo with Capital T at the start for word Test and a Capital P for the word Point. the logo should always be TestPoint or testpoint with {TM} at the end of the logo.
Milestone 2 - Second Logo = Vansah
The same font size and font style should be used with all lower case letters for the words in the logo above. The logo should always be vansah with {TM} at the end of the logo.
we require the vansah logo to also have a symbol "V" which is currently now embedded into the logo so please have this removed from the logo itself and used as a symbol (seperate to the logo) with an option to have the symbol prior to the logo. i.e (Symbol) + Logo
Milestone 3 - Third Logo = TimeClamp
we currently do not have a logo for TimeClamp and would like the option to use the same font however with different colour options. TimeClamp is our time and billing management system used to track our staff's project work/time and expenses.
again this would be a logo as "timeclamp" and "TimeClamp"
we require a symbol for this also.
