Update an Existing Website - Add one small feature

I will keep in short, I have this website [login to view URL]
So this is how the website works. When we put the instagram username ( legit) it takes you to [login to view URL] where it shows the instagram profile picture.
I need 2 things that needs to be done.
1.) Move the [login to view URL] option on the homepage below where it says Put Instagram username
2.) After it shows the instagram profile picture, below that it shows an option where it says
Add Instagram followers, something like this website: [login to view URL]
and then it runs Jquery and shows the option like the website.
It is a small job so not looking to pay more than 25$
