I need a new website. I need you to design and build it. Hello, I need you to build me a website and design it..

I need a website like [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] or beemp3.org... basically the same functionality like it crawls through the web (that is - you need to develop a web spider that searches for .mp3 files and matches the file name to the name the user is searching) and give options to listen to music online and also allow downloads..

Also, people should be able to create accounts nd comment (like a forum) and upload content like Mp3 files too.. That is it would also serve as a hosting site.. It should be simple nd mobile friendly too.

Pls note I've only got around $30 - $50 for this project. Pls dont bid if your bill is too far from that...
