I need a form that will redirect to a URL upon submition. Here's the catch. I need it to use a spreadsheet that I can create, "users" (email,password, unique URL) In the Spreadsheet each "user" would have a different redirect link.

It doesn't need to capture any data. Simply unlock the redirect link that I specify.
