Wordpress Theme

Hello,

I have a wordpress site that uses the "the7" theme.

I need the theme design and layout built.

You can use your discretion and creativity. The only requirement is the use of blue as the popout or standout color. Preferably not a dark/hard blue.

The website is currently totally empty with the basic wordpress install and the the7 theme installed and activated.

***You are not designing the logo image.***

The website, [login to view URL], is geared towards video games and video gaming hardware, especially reviews and comparison lists. Also, the overall design needs to either be gender neutral or gender preference inclusive, as a common problem in gaming communities and designs lean heavily towards catering to males, despite females having a 50% market share as active players.

A child theme will most likely need to be used, as the master theme is updated periodically by its creators.

Ultimately a number of features will be added or implemented, including but not limited to social media links, author boxes and author bio pages, user article submissions, etc.

Currently all of the top menu items are not ready or known. You may need to leave room for future menu items.

The theme works with any logo size, however there is no current logo to base the header design around.

Also, the responsive mobile theme will need to be included in the design and layout project.

What features you will be able to implement ontop of building the theme design and layout itself.

When you expect to have the project completed by.

If you are familiar with the the7 theme or similar themes.

What you will need to complete the project, ie. access and logins.
