Shopify expert for my ecommerce

I need an expert who has an excellent knowledge in shopify templates structure commonly known as liquid.

I have my own HTML, CSS, JS template and i need it to be converted as per shopify design.

Would be easy who has done and have relevant experience.

Please check the attachment to understand clearly what i need.

If required i can provide you the designer access to my store to make the store live with the given theme. After that i can make the basic changes in future like changing banners, qty, any shipping note message if you show me where to input ;)
