Hello,
I need someone to help me build a custom contact form in wordpress. You can either use contact 7 plugin or start from scratch. I will however, need a customised form with conditions and validations. For the UI design, I want you to mimic the styles of an admin template that I purchased from themeforest. So all UI elements (labels, drop downs, buttons, etc should be taken from that template).
You should be able to finish this within 24 hours.
